Asking a client to create a login is asking them to do the designer's software a favor. They will not. Each person the designer invites gets their own private link by email. They react to each selection in one tap, in the studio's own words, leave a comment where they have one, and sign off only on the selections the designer asked them to decide. The designer sees who opened the link and hears about responses once per round, not once per tap.
What it does
- Send each invited person their own private link by email — no account, no password
- Let the client react to each selection on one of four levels, in the studio's own words — Love it, Like it, Maybe, Not this one — and change their mind with a tap
- Take a comment on any selection, with or without a reaction, and keep the thread with the designer's replies
- Ask for sign-off only on the selections where the designer wants a decision; once one option is signed off, its siblings read Not selected
- Record who opened the link, and ring the bell on the person whose opens should notify the designer
- Gather reactions, comments and sign-offs into one notice per round
- Require a 4-digit PIN when the studio's policy asks for one, generated on send and included in the email
- Revoke everyone's access at once, or remove one person and end only theirs
What it doesn't do
- No client login means no client portal or history. What the client sees is the link they were sent
- A person's link identifies who is opening it; it secures nothing on its own. Expiry, PIN and revocation belong to the share
- 10 wrong PINs lock the presentation for 10 minutes, for everyone holding that link
- Sign-off is per selection. There is no single button that approves the whole presentation
- A reaction never becomes a sign-off on its own
- No payment is taken at sign-off
