Client presentations

Client presentations in Wellsourced are branded, shareable pages of selected products that a designer sends to a client for review and approval — presented under the designer's own brand, with Wellsourced appearing once and quietly.

The presentation is the moment the client sees the designer's work, so it is held to the highest standard in the product. Trade costs never appear. The designer's note appears in her own voice. The studio's brand leads and Wellsourced recedes.

What it does

  • Build a presentation from products selected on the project board
  • Group by room, arrange order, and write a designer's note against each product
  • Present options and variants side by side for the client to choose between
  • Publish under the studio's own branding
  • Manage multiple presentations per project with revision history
  • Give a room its own cover page, collaged from up to four site photos in the order you pick
  • Fit a cover photo to the page either way: filled edge to edge, or shown whole — a floor plan, a sketch — set to the top, center, or bottom on light or dark paper
  • Place the room name and its fade at the top or bottom of the cover, in white on a dark fade or in ink on a light one, or leave it off
  • Preview the cover page as it will print before saving it

What it doesn't do

  • Trade cost and markup are never shown to the client
  • No live co-editing between two designers on the same presentation
  • A room cover uses site photos from the binder; up to 4 per room
  • A cover photo is filled or shown whole as one piece. Wellsourced does not crop by hand or pan within the photo.
