What it does
- List everyone in the studio on a project's Share tab with an edit switch each
- Keep the lead designer and studio admins on and locked
- Apply a change the moment the switch moves; there is nothing to save
- Enforce the switch server-side across the board, binder, presentations, purchase orders and item edits
- Show a member without edit access the project read-only, with a line saying who to ask
What it doesn't do
- Everyone in the studio sees every project. Edit access tightens; visibility does not
- Site photos, showroom captures and client responses are not gated; they file to the project regardless
- Edit or view are the only levels on a project. Studio roles are set in Settings → Team
